2) Exercise Regularly
a. Exercise decreases inflammation, improves digestion, helps sleep.
b. Resistance + weights: 2x weekly (HIIT also okay, low impact cardio).
c. Adjust exercise according to your ability (avoid injury).
3) Stress Management
